Biography

Professor Yun SunHee is urrently serving as the professor of the law school at Hanyang University. More than 150 of Dr. Yun’s papers have been published in major academic journals such as ‘Industrial Property’ and ‘Creation and Rights’. His awards and recognitions include; Presidential Award on Invention Day of South Korea, 2001 Faculty of Outstanding Academic Achievement, and the 2003 The Most Outstanding Faculty Award.  He was the member of the exam question designers for the Korean National Bar Exam, Korean National Patent Bar Exam, Civil Service Exam, Level 5 National Civil Service Selection Exam. Former director of Gyunggi Patent Corporation Conference, and deputy director of Korea Association for Copyright Law, he is now acting as a arbitrator of the Industrial Property Dispute Resolution Committee, Commercial Arbitration Association, International Trade Dispute Resolution Committee, Internet Domain Name Dispute Resolution Committee, Member of the Legislation Support Committee for the National Assembly, civilian member of the Industrial Technology Protection Committee, chair of the Korea Academic Association of Industrial Security, director of the Information and Communication Expert Committee of the Industrial Technology Protection Committee, Honorary chairman of the Korea Association of Arbitration and Mediation, and the secretary general of the Intellectual Property Forum. Dr. Yun\\\\\\\\s research interests include Patent law, Trademark, Design Protection Law, Copyright Law, Business/Trade Secret, Industrial Property License Contract etc.
