Dr. Victor Leslie James Scott is currently a Visiting Professor in University of Pittsburgh and a Staff Anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology, School of Medicine Anesthesiology Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He received his B.Sc. degree from SUNY Stony Brook, NY, M.D. from SUNY Health Science Center Downstate Medical Center Brooklyn, NY and Post graduation from University of Pittsburgh.
