Biography

Viacheslav A. Lipatov is currently the General Director of MedTestInfo, a small innovative company under Kursk State Medical University and Professor of the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy of Kursk State Medical University, Kursk, Russia. He completed his graduation from Nodal, Tula Region and his post-graduation from Kursk State Medical University - Kursk, Russia. He did his post-doctoral studies at Kursk State Medical University, Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy, Kursk, Russia. He is the Chairman of the Kursk regional branch of Russian Union of Young Scientists, from 2007 to 2008 and Chairman of the Auditing Commission, from 2008 to present. He was the Head from 2007 to 2010 at Research and Innovation Center, Kursk State Medical University. He has 12 - 8 Patent inventions in progress, over 300 Scientific Publications and over 100 Participations in Scientific Conferences.

Research Interest

Development of new polymeric implants (prosthetic, gels, sutures, functional structures of multicomponent materials, coatings, materials with desired properties, etc.) in the experimental testing of preclinical studies; Experimental Morphology; Applied Sociology; Biomedical statistics and standardization; Scientific substantiation of national specifications in the construction of an innovative infrastructure for the university and research institutions in the region and Study of the role of young scientists in the development of economic innovations, developmental issues and methods to overcome obstacles.
