Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, independently and excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills. Research Interest

 Molecular biology  - cDNA library preparation and screening, Cloning, Microarray, PCR/qRT- PCR, DNA/RNA Purification, Restriction Enzyme Digestions, RFLP, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, DNA sequencing and Recombinant DNA analysis.
Cancer biology  -  Identifying the mechanism on signaling pathways  for apoptosis & necrosis

Proteomics - Peptide isolation and purification - HPLC, FPLC, Mass Spec, LC-MS/MS, SDS-PAGE, 2D gel electrophoresis, Aminoacid sequencing, Western blot, Spectrophotometry, Fusion protein (recombinant) production and purification, Monoclonal and poly clonal antibodies production and purification. Knowledge of protein structure and protein modifications, and experience in using state of the art analytical methods to characterize proteins.  Appreciation of protein formulation requirements and pharmaceutical developability assessment.
Enzymology - Deep understanding of post-translational modifications, their impact on develop ability of therapeutics and characterization techniques.
Vaccinology - Identification and characterization of the novel proteins and peptides as a vaccine candidate. Administer a significant drug trial and establish a dosage response curve by forward and reverse immunology
Drug design/delivery - Genetic drug design and delivery for alcoholic liver disease and bladder cancer models to identify the genes involved in pathogenesis.  
Microscopy: Trained in different microscopic techniques, live fluorescence microscopy, Confocal and Electron microscopy.
