Biography
Dr. Bailey is Research Director for the Department of Physical Therapy Education at Elon University. He was trained at Wake Forest University (MA in Exercise Science, 1988), the University of South Carolina (PhD in Exercise Science, 1992), and Rutgers University (Postdoctoral in Neuroendocrinology). Dr. Bailey is a licensed physical therapist and formerly directed the pulmonary rehabilitation program at Alamance Regional Medical Center. Dr. Bailey is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has served as board member for the Southeast Chapter of ACSM.
