Biography
Dr. Simone Verardi graduated from the School of Dentistry of the Universita’ di Roma "La Sapienza" in 1998. In 2000 he completed a Post-Graduate course in Regenerative Periodontal Surgery at the Federico II University of Naples. In 2001 he moved to the United States of America and attended the specialty program in Periodontics at the University of Washington of Seattle, WA. In 2004 he thus received the Certificate in Periodontics and also a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD). Soon after he became a full time Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics of the University of Washington, where he was in charge of courses on Implantology and Periodontics. In 2004 he received the Award for Outstanding Research from the California Society of Periodontists.In 2005 he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Verardi has published several scientific articles and lectured in 4 continents.
