Biography

Richard Duszak, MD completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Duke University Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Dr. Duszak currently serves on the AMA CPT Editorial Panel and its Executive Committee. He is Associate Editor for Clinical Practice of the Journal of the American College of Radiology, was founding Editor-in-Chief of Clinical Examples in Radiology, and previously served on the Editorial Boards of both Radiology and the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Recognized by Best Doctors in America and America’s Top Radiologists, Duszak lectures frequently on a variety of topics in clinical radiology, physician reimbursement and practice management. He has authored or co-authored over one hundred publications and has been elected Fellow the ACR, SIR and RBMA. He currently practices with Mid-South Imaging and Therapeutics in Memphis, where he serves as Director of Resident Research.

Research Interest

Richard Duszak research interests include imaging health policy, physician payment systems and both risk and utilization management.
