Biography

Prof. Rajiv Prakash completed his Ph.D. in the year of 2000 and worked as an Coordinator/Head at School of Materials Science and Technology, IT, BHU and as an Visiting Scientist at LSSE, Kyushu Institute of Technology, JAPAN and as an Scientist at IITR-CSIR (Analytical Division) .Presently he is working as a Professor in Materials Science and Technology at Indian Institute of Technology (BHU). He was awarded with MRSI Medal in the year of 2010 and many other awards such as Young Engineers Award , Young Scientist Award.

He was a Member Advisory committee of TIFAC for India Technology Vision Plan 2035 on Materials and Processing. He served as an Editor-in- Chief and Editorial Board member for many Journals and organized many conferences and workshops. He had many International scientific colloborations and Life membership in Materials Research Society of India (MRSI), Biosensor Society of India, Ref. LM 23 and Mahamana Malviya Foundation(Ref. 1237). He had about 92 International Publications and 15 patents and published a book on Urea Biosensors. He had attended about 37 conferences and gave paper presentations and talks in them.
