Biography

Dr. Rajesh Malhotra working as Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi since September 2005 and Faculty in the Department of Orthopedics since 1992. His Awards and fellowhships are as follows: Awarded the “Chikitsa Shiromani Puraskar” for Enhancing the Image of India in Medical Sciences by the Governor of Sikkim Dr. Bir Singh on 26th Nov. 2011 at New Delhi, during the seminar on “Current Economic Scenario” organized by Institute of Economic Studies, Awarded KT Dholakia Award for the best paper presentation in Arthroplasty for ‘Recurrent Spontaneous Hemarthrosis Following Total Knee Arthroplasty Due to Isolated PF3 Availability Defect’ Presented at Hyderabad ROC (Ranawat Orthopaedic Center) fourth Winter Meeting on Feb 16-18, 2006, Awarded the Best Research Award during the 12th Winter Meeting of Ranawat Orthopaedic Research Foundation 2014 at New Delhi. Award the Prestigious DST/UKIERI award for collaboration on “Safety, Suitability and Clinical Effectiveness of Unicompartmental Knee Replacement in the Indian Population”. He published 11 Books; 35 chapters in various national and International books and Over 521 publications in various National and International Journals.
