Biography

Peng Li is currently an Application Scientist at Rheonix, Inc., where he works closelywith biologists and engineers to develop sample-in result-out microfluidics-basedmolecular diagnostic devices. He also serves as an Executive Editor for the Journal of Bioengineeringand Biomedical Sciences. He has authored and co-authored 17 papersin peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings and he currently holds 2US patents or provisional patents in the area of microfluidics. He is an invited reviewer of severalreputed journals including Lab on a Chip, Applied Physics Letter, ChemComm,Nanotechnology, etc

Research Interest

Sample-to-answer molecular diagnostic system, microfluidics, lab on a chip, immunosensors, pharmacogenetics, infectious disease diagnostics, and foodborne pathogen detection.
