Biography

Medica graduated Veterinary Federal Fluminense University in 2011. Master of Veterinary Medicine at the Graduate in Veterinary Hygiene and Technology of Products of Animal Origin Veterinary School of the Universidade Federal Fluminense Processing Program in 2013. Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from graduate program in Veterinary Hygiene and Technology of Animal Origin Products Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universidade Federal Fluminense Processing in 2015. course substitute teacher degree in Nutrition from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) - Campus Macae, in the period from 2014 to 2016, having taught classes in the disciplines of Chemical Composition and Food Biochemistry, Technological Processing I and Practice in Food Science and Technology. He has experience in the field of veterinary medicine, with emphasis on: inspection and Milk Technology and derivatives, Physical-Chemical Control Dairy products, Food Quality Control (GMP, SSOP and HACCP) and Validation of Chromatographic Methods (Carbohydrates, acids organic, ivermectin and biogenic amines). It currently serves in the evaluation of physical and chemical quality of food by conventional techniques and chromatography (high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography), and textural analysis and rheology.
