Biography

Manju Chhugani has a unique mix of deep research experience and proven capabilities in leading teams while implementing educational programmes. She has insight across a cross section of programme issues including implementation, communication and research.

She has keen interest in taking up action research in the area of management and maternal and child health. She Adept in guiding budding researchers and has validated numerous research tools with her expert comments and suggestions.  Resourceful problem solver capable of implementing solutions to complex problems. Has motivated many faculty members to pursue further studies and also to undergo various staff development programmes.

Instrumental in refurbishing the physical infrastructure and academic environment of the faculty of Nursing thereby paving the way to bring in vitality to the hostel facilities and faculty of Nursing. She is  a team worker, with strengths in capacity building and communication
