Four distinguished scholar’s awards from Chicago including International Scholar and Virginia Ohlson Award. A Fulbright Scholar to New Jersey in 2007, and Transcultural Nursing Scholar in 2014 from Transcultural nursing Society, USA. Former Associate Dean Clinical Affairs in Jeddah, Head of Clinical Nursing Department, Assistant Dean for Students Affairs, and Assistant Dean for Development Affairs, the University of Jordan, Amman. Editorial Board for Transcultural Nursing Journal and Scandinavian Journal for Caring Sciences. Associate Editor for Education Research Journal.
Former International editor for Image: Sigma Theta Tau International Journal. Member in Sigma Theta Tau International, Alpha Lambda Chapter in Chicago, and Tau Omega Chapter in Sweden.
