Biography
I am an Associate Professor at Department of Physical Therapy, I-Shou University in Taiwan. I hold a PhD in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Sydney, a Master of Science in Paediatric physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, and an undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from Chung Shan Medical University. My past research program was in understanding the relative contribution of motor impairments to activity limitation and participation in people with hemiplegic cerebral palsy (CP). Recently, I have just finished one randomised clinical trial (RCT) of interventions with Wii TM for children with CP by examining outcomes across all domains of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF).
Research Interest
virtual reality and exercise intervention in people with disabilities. Also, I am investigating the contribution of motor impairment to activity limitation and participation.
