Biography
Hany Ibrahim Shafey is Clinical Associate Professor (Adj) at the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Western Ontario Canada 1997-2014 and the previous head of the department of psychiatry at the Children's psychiatric Research Institute a leading child and Adolescent University affiliated centre in London Ontario Canada. Hany Ibrahim Shafey also holds the post of Psychiatric Consultant at the Psychiatric Services Division of Dhahran Health Centre, and the ex-chief of psychiatry Saudi Aramco Oil Company, Saudi Arabia. Currently Hany Ibrahim Shafey is working as a consultant psychiatrist in at the Emirates Hospital Dubai as well a consultant psychiatrist at the Mediclinic Dubai. Recently he became the founder and Chair of MENAMAT(Middle East North Africa Mood and Anxiety Treatment).
