Biography

Since 2009, my research has been focusing on utilizing novel models with human prostate stem or progenitor cells to investigate estrogen and endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) reprogramming prostate development, steroid receptor action in the developing and cancerous prostate, the roles of prostate stem-progenitor cells in prostate cancer initiation and progression, and also molecular mechanisms underlying EDCs-induced prostate carcinogenesis.

Reproductive endocrinology: prostate stem-progenitor cells, estrogen receptors, prostate development and early-life reprogramming by hormones and endocrine disrupting chemicals, prostate hormonal carcinogenesis
