Dr.CHEN Yajun got his Ph.D. in Sports Nutrition and Immunology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.M.ED in Exercise Biochemistry from South China Normal University, Guangzhou, China. B.Ed in Biology Confucius Normal University, Shandong, China.He is working as Associate Professor in School OF Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University. He has many publications to his account.
