Biography

Dr André Luis Branco de Barros completed his MSc from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil and his PhD in 2012. During his PhD Dr de Barros had also worked at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He completed his post-doctoral training from Center of Nuclear Technology Development, Brazil. Currently is a Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. He is working on several projects focus on the development of new radiopharmaceuticals for treatment and diagnosis of many diseases. He also have published many articles and reviewed many manuscript.

Research Interest

His research interests include the development of new radiopharmaceuticals for cancer, inflammation and infection. His research is also focus on new nanoplatforms for detection and treatment of several diseases.
