Biography
Dr. Amit K. Tiwari is working as Assistant Professor of Pharmacology in Department of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics, College of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Science at The University of Toledo.
Dr. Tiwari’s Cancer Pharmacology and Systems Therapeutics lab is focused to not only finding a cure for cancer but also on bridging Cancer Health Disparity among segments of the population. Currently, his lab’s efforts are directed in the following key areas:Cancer Chemotherapy - Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics, Multidrug Resistance in Cancer, Targeting Factors Associated with Cancer Health Disparity, Drug Discovery & Experimental Therapeutics.
