Biography
Prof. Dr. Alexander E Hramov, Head of Department 'Automatization, Control and Mechatronics', Leading Scientist in Research and Education Center 'Nonlinear Dynamics of Complex Systems'. His main topics are: automatic recognition and analysis of EEG and MEG signals, prevention of epileptic diseases by means of electric stimulation, design of brain-computer interfaces, synchronization in neuronal networks of brain, modelling of epilepsy. He is author and co-author of more than 100 papers in scientific journals, several monographs, including "Wavelets in Neuroscience" (Springer, 2015). He is a head of many scientific projects and grants. He is also member of national and international societies in his field of expertise.
