I completed my training in Otolaryngology at Kyoto University hospital. Following this, I finished my resident course at Otsu Red Cross Hospital.In 2001, I started my research work as a graduate student at Kyoto University. In 2007, I worked in Dr.Ryan’s lab at UCSD and get PhD at Kyoto University. After 2009, I am an assistant professor of Otolaryngology at Kyoto University hospital.
My research interests include regenerative therapies for inner ear damage and balance disorders.
