The Canadian Heart Research Centre is a totally incorporated not-for-profit purpose, full service academic physician organization with a sustained mission to be a national leader in the design, conduct and management of clinical trials, quality enhancement and research initiatives and innovative physician educational programs. The Canadian Heart Research Centre aims to narrow the care and treatment gaps, improve physicians adherence to clinical practice guideline recommendations in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases and their risk factors in Canada.

The annual Canadian Cardiovascular Congress meeting hosted by Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) and the Heart Stroke Foundation of Canada (HSFC), and includes participation of more than a 10 health organizations. The Canadian Cardiovascular Congress is the largest gathering of cardiovascular and joined health professionals in Canada. This event brings all the individuals together who work for the spectrum of cardiovascular health from research to patient care and stimulates interaction within the cardiovascular community. It is a forum to showcase the best research and to promote learning - through scientific sessions, interactive workshops, late-breaking clinical trials, and lively debates. The launch of many Cardiology Journals has facilitated the clinical and research updates to the readers over the world.

The Canadian Journal of Cardiology (CJC) is the official journal of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS). The CJC is a vehicle for the international dissemination of new knowledge in cardiology and cardiovascular science, particularly serving as the major venue for Canadian cardiovascular medicine. The Canadian Cardiovascular Outcomes Research Teams (CCORT) Canadian Cardiovascular Atlas project was developed to provide Canadians with a national report on the state of cardiovascular health and health services in Canada.
