There should be a managing control of the facility safety in order to adopt a preventive approach of accidents or incidents (fire, use of chemicals, power interruption, situations of asphyxiation, equipment under pressure or use of laboratory animals) which are likely to exacerbate or impact on biorisk management. Control of supplies (laboratory equipment, cleaning services and maintenance, waste managers). These supplies must meet the specifications set by the facility, in regard to biorisks.
