Biography

Dr. Yaw-Bee Ker is an  professor in the Institute of Food Science and Technology, Hungkuang University, 34 Chung-Chie Rd., Shalu County, Taichung Hsien,Taiwan. His study interests major on carbohydrate chemistry,bioactivity,polysaccharide. In recent years, he has studied about cigarette smoking has been considered to be an epidemiological major risk factor of developing bladder cancer in industrialized countries. Currently, Dr. Yaw-Bee Ker is the author in several international journals. He published 26 articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations.
