Werner Apt
Biography
Dr. Werner Apt was born in Amsterdam on May 27, 1937. He entered to study Medicine at the University of Chile, the house of studies that welcomes him to this day. As an undergraduate student, he joined the Parasitology assistantships under the supervision of Dr. Amador Neghme, from whom he received his initial training in both the knowledge and values ââof academic life. He completed the specialization in Parasitology and Internal Medicine, after which he immediately entered that campus as an academic.
