Biography
Eugene (Gene) Weinberg died after a short illness on March 8, 2019—just a few days after his 97th birthday. He had a long and distinguished career in microbiology and was a member of the American Society for Microbiology for over 70 years. He had many friends and colleagues in the ASM.Publications
