Dr. Teodoro Gonzalez-Pineda received his Ph.D.in Institute of Agricultural Research and Training of Andalusia (IFAPA), Center "Las Torres-Tomejil", Alcala del Rio, Spain. His current research interests include the Rice, Rice Research, Agronomy, Crops.
