Dr. Santhanam P is an Associate professor in the department of Marine Science, Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu, located in India. His study interests major on Marine Science and Marine Ecology. In recent years, he has studied Biological Oceanography, Water QualityEutrophication and Marine Environment. Currently , Dr. Santhanam P is the author/editors/reviewer in several international journals. He published 239 articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations.

Vat dyes are aromatic compounds widely used for denim textile industries, this result in a great wastewater problem from this industry due to recalcitrant nature of these dyes.
