Panayotis  Thanos is the Senior Research Scientist, Faculty, Neuroscience in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, His primary research areas are The role of the mesolimbic dopamine circuit in addictive disorders with a focus on Neuroscience, Neuropharmacology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Neuroimaging, drug abuse, alcoholism, and obesity.
