Biography

Professor. Osei F. Brown,  Information Systems at Virginia Commonwealth University and Research Fellow of the Information Systems Research Institute since Fall 1998. Previously he was Professor of Information Systems and Decision Analysis in the School of Business at Howard University, Washington, DC, U.S.A. He have also worked as an Information Systems practitioner in both industry and government. Dr. Osei F. Brown, do research in various areas including: Analytics & Data Science, Data Mining, Cyber-Security, Knowledge Management, ICT for Development, Expert & Decision Support Systems, ICT & Productivity, and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis.
