A servant leader with more than 20 years of experience in the field of education utilizing research, student-centered program design, strategic planning, and collaborative partnerships to address social inequity and injustice. Experienced in developing and leading strategic initiatives in education reform, community engagement, post-secondary pathways for underrepresented students, health equity partnerships, and community-based participatory research. Demonstrated expertise in student-centered programming, trauma-informed practices, restorative justice, developing and leading strategic initiatives, grant writing and reporting, research and evaluation, and facilitating professional learning.
