Biography

Muhidinov ZK V.I. Nikitin Chemistry Institute of the Tajikistan Academy of Sciences, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Research interest  focused on pectin polysaccharides (PP) and plant protein extraction, physicochemical properties and its biological functions. He studying the structure-function relationships of PP extracted from different sources with emphasis on technological aspects to obtain PP and PP-Protein composites for pharmaceutical application. Currently implementing the two research project, jointly with USDA ARS Eastern Regional center. T-1419 (USDA/ISTC) on Development and Evaluation of Pectin/Protein Formulations for colon-specific drug delivery and T-1420 on Low cost Pectin production.
