Mona Boaz is a professor in Department of Nutrition Sciences, School of Health Sciences, Ariel University, Ariel, Israel. Prof. Mona Boaz, RD, PhD, is the Chair-elect of the Nutrition Department, School of Health Sciences, Ariel University, and Head of the Epidemiology and Research Unit, E. Wolfson Medical Center, Israel. As an epidemiologist, she combines her interests in nutrition and public health in her research, which focuses on obesity, malnutrition, diabetes and hemodialysis.Publications
