Biography

Michiaki Kai has been a member of Committee 4 since 2005. He is currently a Professor of Department of Health Sciences in Oita University of Nursing and Health Sciences since 1998. He obtained Bachelor’s degree of nuclear engineering from The University of Tokyo, Master’s degree in 1981, and PhD in Health Physics from The University of Tokyo in 1989.
