Biography

Professor McKay Cunningham was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1974. He earned his undergraduate degree and his juris doctor degree at Baylor University. Professor Cunningham teaches courses in Constitutional Law, Property Law, Tort Law, and Cyber Law. His scholarly research and publications focus on cybersecurity, data privacy, and constitutional law. Before joining academia, Professor Cunningham clerked for Judge Joel F. Dubina on the Eleventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
