Lathadevi K Chintapenta

Biography

Dr. Lathadevi Chintapenta is an Assistant Professor in Department of Biology, Delaware State University, USA. She has done Postdoctoral Studies: Delaware State University, (2012 – 2016). Her Research interest in Studying Host-Microbe interactions to understand the underlying mechanisms involved in protecting the host against environmental stressors. This research includes microbiome and metabolomic analysis, students involved in this research will perform microbial community analysis, bioinformatic analysis, analysis of differential gene expression and metabolite analysis. Students with interests in General Biology or Field Biology will have research opportunities.
