Biography

Research Assistant Professor, Department of Nutrition, School of Public Health, UNC Chapel Hill. Copleted her Ph.D. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 1993, Nutrition. Following work as a nutritionist in a research study at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Institute in Boston and conducting nutrition assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team at the Cincinnati Center for Developmental Disorders, I entered a doctoral program in nutrition at the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina.
