Biography
Dr. Kouamé is an Extension Specialist for Program Development and Evaluation at the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, Durham. He provides stateâwide evaluation leadership to UNH Cooperative Extension program development. Dr. Kouamé is a member of the American Evaluation Association since 2006. He earned a Bachelor’s of Art in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Manchester University; a Master of Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health of Emory University; and a Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation from Western Michigan University.Publications

This project assessed the involvement of the African American religious community in African American HIV/AIDS prevention.
