Kevin Sean Murnane
Biography
Dr. Kevin Murnane is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology, Toxicology and Neuroscience and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He is the Director of Basic Sciences Research in the Louisiana Addiction Research Center. He received a B.S. in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia. The Murnane research group is focused on the etiology and treatment of disorders of the central nervous system, particularly substance abuse, alcoholism, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson’s disease.Publications
