Biography

Dr. Keeley J Brookes has Ten years of molecular genetics laboratory experience. Knowledge of techniques includes PCR, use of several genotyping platforms, ChIP, ChIP-Seq, RT-PCR, RNA-Seq, RNA in-situ hybridization, DNA, RNA and protein extraction, western blots, and immunohistochemistry. Currently, she is the Lecturer of Molecular Biosciences, Genetics & Genomics at Nottingham Trent University
