Dr. Karau G Muriira received his Ph.D.in in 2 Molecular Biology Laboratory, Kenya Bureau of standards, P.O. Box 54974-00200, Nairobi, Kenya. . He currently works as an  Head of Department  at Kenya Bureau of Standards .His current research interests include the Biotechnology, Antioxidant Activity, Food Chemistry, Structural Analysis, Molecular Biology.
