Jean Kako currently works at the Pediatric Ward University Teaching Hospital of Libreville (CHUL), Department of Pediatrics, Université des Sciences de la Santé. kako does research in Public Health, Pediatric Nutrition, Sickle cell disease, Immunization, ICU Paediatrics and General Pediatrics. Their current project is 'Hepcidin as tool measurment of iron status in sickle cell children'.
