Biography

Dr. Stevenson received his PharmD from the University of Michigan and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). After his residency, Dr. Stevenson completed a fellowship in psychopharmacology and pharmacogenomics at UIC in parallel to a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Translational Sciences at the same institution. His thesis “Antipsychotic Pharmacogenetics in First Episode Psychosis: Is There a Role for Glutamate Genes?” employed multiple pharmacogenomic strategies to identify genetic markers of antipsychotic response.
