Huruy Assefa is a Senior Lecturer and Consultant Public health physician in the Department of Community Medicine, University of Nigeria. Dr Uzochukwu is a member of several learned societies and networks including Nigeria Network for Prevention of Maternal Mortality (PMM), Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria (APHPN). He has over 30 published articles in reputable international peer-reviewed journals
