Harald Hess
Biography
Harald Hess is specialized in M&A, company law, commercial law and labor law. He advises listed companies and family-run companies, partners and managers on acquiring companies, joint ventures and capital, conversion and operations structural changes, in particular in the context of transborder transactions and contracts. He advises clients on all types of operative agreements, fundamental business decisions and on compliance issues. Harald Hess has many years of experience in planning, preparing, executing and managing national and international business transactions and legal projects.
