As colorectal anastomotic leaks (AL) often present with non-specific clinical features, Computed Tomography (CT) scans are commonly used to aid in diagnosis. Aim was to define radiologist reported features in CT scans following colorectal resection as diagnostic factors for clinical AL detection.
