Biography

In Izmir, Dokuz Eylul University Department of Mental Health and Diseases Lecturer Assoc. Dr. Halis Ulaş was acquitted of the trial in which he was charged with 'making propaganda for a terrorist organization by signing a peace declaration'. Today in Bayraklı Courthouse, Dr. Ulaş was on trial for making propaganda for a terrorist organization by signing the statement “We will not be a party to this crime” published in January 2016.
