This study demonstrates new ternary polyion gene carriers, based on the PH.-responsive diblock copolymer poly(2-ethyl-oxazoline)-block-poly(methacrylic acid) (PEOz-b-PMAA), and the branched-poly (ethylenimine) (B-PEI).
