Biography
Dr. Fengxiang Qiao received his Ph.D. in • The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Civil Engineering, and M.S in Southeast University, China Mechanical Engineering. He is an Associate Professor and Co-director of ITRI in Department of Transportation Studies Houston, United States. His research interests are Intelligent Traffic Simulation and Forecasting, Mass Data Processing for Intelligent Transportation System Vehicle Emission Testing and Modeling, Driving Behavior Study, Traffic Signing and Placement, Air Quality and Transportation, Soft-Computing and Artificial Intelligence Logistics and Transportation.Publications
