Biography

Dr. Emmanuel Holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Microbiology with a strong focus on public health microbiology, clinical research, global disease epidemiology, and control. Research assistant with experience in both laboratory and field settings with University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore & Consortium Partners (University of Washington, UNAIDS, USAID WHO, Global Fund, and U.S Centre for Disease Control-CDC) on HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment.
